Digital Check-In (Mews): To make your stay as seamless as possible, we use a 24/7 digital check-in system. Data entered during this process is transmitted securely and is strictly used to fulfill our contractual obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and comply with German registration laws (Meldegesetz).

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your data with third parties if it is necessary to fulfill our contract (e.g., payment providers, booking engines, our digital check-in partner), if we have a legal obligation to do so, or if you have given your explicit consent.

The customer may only cancel the contract concluded with the Hotel if a right of cancellation was explicitly agreed upon in the contract or if a statutory right of cancellation applies. If no specific cancellation policy was agreed upon, standard bookings may typically be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 80% to 100% of the total accommodation price.
